I agree that, like everything else, timing will make or break this concept. With the interest rate for both short and long term well below historical mean, I’m just betting that it will return back to at least historical mean. So, you might not break even right away, but you might be able to in the future and through the span of 30 years, hopefully you’ll have the advantage.
