I don’t believe this will affect the buyers pool at all. I do not know of many FHA flippers. Correct that, I know of no FHA flippers. I do know of many short sales and reo properties that will not work with FHA.
Furthermore many FHA buyers get scorched when going up against conventional financed buyers.
