I know places in Lucera that have lost at least off their 2004 prices. Yes that is 10% off of 2004! I think UTC will continue to move lower but it will not happen overnight. If you are talking about places like off Shoreline and some of the really nice stuff, they will go lower but again it will take time.

– UTC area
– Carmel Valley/Sorrento area
– Pacific BeachI just want a simple 2 bedroom/2bath condo with a decent garage or townhome setup. Since I travel a lot it would be too much work to maintain a yard and I would rather have free time to have fun and still have good home to live in.
Thinking of purchase in 2009-2010 timeframe.
