I have been looking at the NYSE home page, and the ticker is delayed 2 minutes. However, CNN Money is reporting that the Dow recovered from historic losses and finished up 8 pts. NYSE homepage shows it down 220 pts.
Note: Now the index on the NYSE page says delayed 20 minutes…
