Hi Dataagent, the house is contingent. But there are still a few that bought over 1M and asking for 70-80k on MLS. Is this area more distressed than Stonebridge? If it does offer better schools, more infrastructure and cooler temperature, then LCV IS obviously a better choice compared to Stonebridge. Unless they are not aware, why so many are so obsessed with Stonebridge? It has been a hot topic on this forum for a while.
I like Stonebridge. Always have. But:
1. Gets a little hot out there in the summer.
2. Fairly expensive Mello Roos and HOA fees.
3. High wild fire potential.Bressi Ranch seems to have some good deals right now. It’s a good choice if you work in North County.

November 17, 2009 at 2:53 PM #483731sdrealtorParticipantFYI, Bressi has very good but not top rated schools, high fees, high Mello Roos and a transfer tax on all resales. Oh yeah, its under the flight path of the busiest airport in the county.
