Something doesn’t add up. You said your APR is 3.872% with ~$2600 closing cost. Right now, AFCU rate is 3.75% with $3374, which turn out to be 3.837% APR. No, because unfortunately, I have a friend who did this, and it was sort of scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours sort of thing…which essentially violates another thing I use to say…Don’t mix friends and money….
