Relatives want to refinance SFR in Tustin Ranch. They don’t want to go to a 15 year loan. Property was purchased 6 months ago, LTV was approx 60%. Current loan is with B of A at 5%. Any thoughts on what rate they could get w/ high FICO’s, W-2 income, great reserves? Should be a slam dunk situation. I will send Sheldon’s e-mail to them. Any other lender recommendations?
