Universal City: Now with residents?

The studio plans to transform its back lot into a residential neighborhood with 2,900 units.

These people are too late. Maybe we should add this to the list of things that indicate a bubble top: major movie studios rush into the market.

Well, Universal just got the approval. There’ll be some more delays and opposition. They may just well catch the next wave up. I think that it’s a great concept for LA.
