I love listening to home builders coneference calls and presentations, UBS has a conference going on in which you can listen to all the presentations:

The BEST and most fun presentation to listen to so far has been the “UBS View on Housing Outlook”. Maury Harris (Chief US economist) and Tom Zimmerman (Heads of ABS research) are doom and gloom the whole time. Margaret Whelan has a rosier view of the same data and she is fascinating to listen to.

Along the same vein, it was announced by UBS that subprime mortgages originated in 2006 are failing 50% faster than those originated in 2005:

thanks for the link. The links are very easy to make. Below the edit box, click on “enable rich-text”. The links are automatically made for you when you are in rich-text mode.

Hey PC, for shift+click you need to use two hands. I can save 0.00001 nanoseconds (give or take) by using the single-handed right click method!
