I take 56 E in the morning to 15 N and it’s ALWAYS full speed. In the evening on 56 W it’s also good until you exit to the 5 S. If you’re exiting before the 5 in the evening it should also be good for you. Where you might see traffic is along the 15-163 merge in the evening. I would say that would be a good commute overall though. You should monitor http://www.sigalert.com for traffic patterns.
