    Well, one house looks great and appears to have been landscaped as well. The other has a dirt yard so you can only imagine what the rest of the house looks like. Maybe not $200k worth of a difference but clearly worth more. OTOH, there are homes in carmel valley for under a million now that put both of these to shame.

    3700 sf with panoramic view in carmel valley under a million? Not in this universe. The cheapest home that “puts both of these to shame” is IMHO 11629 Thistle Hill, asking price 1.17m.

    3700 sf with panoramic view in carmel valley under a million? Not in this universe. The cheapest home that “puts both of these to shame” is IMHO 11629 Thistle Hill, asking price 1.17m.

    Lago Di Grata…several homes at or under a million in the 3500 sq ft range and all the ones on the south side of the street have panoramic views.

    Lago Di Grata…several homes at or under a million in the 3500 sq ft range and all the ones on the south side of the street have panoramic views.
