Anything can happen. All we are opining on really is what we think is most likely to happen. Most of us have very good track records at this. We might be wrong about the future, to a degree, but we have reason to like our opinions just as you do yours. You are taking it into troll territory. Not even the most rowdy of us here, has ever found a reason to bash TG. That you come out of the blue and do it is preposterous. Even if he,or the others, screwed himself by purchasing,as full of false pride as could be, there would be no one here gloating about it.

May 4, 2009 at 10:19 PM #393053drunkleParticipanti’m flat wasted. i enjoyed rt 66’s comments.
the end of the gse moratorium on foreclosures is a big deal. banks holding inventory, but no longer have to due to accounting rules changes, are going to dump.
temecula is heading for the dumps. it was a dump in 98, it’ll be a dump again. if you bought knowing so, if you bought for the low price, then you’re fine. screw everyone else, you can deal. but if you thought the mile of malls was some kind of local phenomenon, a guggenheim of suburbia… well…
temecula should be nice. nice and cheap. it’s an ex-exurb of riverside/san diego/la. for the kind of mileage you’ll be putting on, yeah. you should get your money’s worth. if you work in temecula in whatever local industries they have, great. but don’t assume that that industry employs the entire mcmansionville.
and when the big fake boobs sag down into big bellies, that’s when you’ll know temecula has hit bottom. or rather, it’s natural resonant frequency.
i only hope that rosa’s tortilla factory remain in operation. so delicious…
