ParticipantYes, I don’t understand her logic as even if we decided to bail her out and offer a very reasonable 4% 40yr loan why would she take it as she pulled so much out in refi that she owes around $750k.
She says she wants her house back, but is she also wanting a principal reduction? It isn’t the rate increases that did her in but rather the money she so happily spent from the refi.
I would like to interview her on CNN so that America can hear what her plan is to keep the house long term. She is just wasting all our time.

I recall watching one of the news shows (maybe cbs8?) the last time she was chained to her house and they pulled records that showed she bought dozens of properties throughout SD and Riverside Co’s and they were all foreclosed upon. And it showed her crappy minivan with a sticker saying something to the effect of “Ask me how to make money off your house!” This woman was a realtor in the business of flipping houses, you cannot tell me she didn’t know exactly what she was signing when she refid her personal residence. This woman is exactly the reason the country is in the mess it’s in now.. greedy, entitled and completely delusional!

ParticipantI am also flabbergasted at the people that are on her side, that were there supporting her and downright indignant that she was getting foreclosed upon. What the hell kind of Kool-Aid are they drinking over there in MM? It must be a special concoction.
