“This is a lovely home ready to move in with new roof, kitchen, garage door, mirror closet doors and lot of avocado, low-quad and orange tree all planted by home owner s hand… The ground has fully automated sprinkler waiting for new owners to arrive and enjoy the early summer fruits.”
now either they meant the retro looking kitchen is a brand new kitchen done in true 70’s fashion, or they were simply advertising about the fact that they HAVE a kitchen!
truly a classic!

Damn that’s 2 seasons I’ve missed.
Of course that’s also nearly 2 years that have past without the Realtor making corrections to the description.
Oh well there is always next year.

August 29, 2007 at 3:02 PM #82458PadreBrianParticipantIf they priced the thing right back in 2005, it would have sold with-in days. Alas, they were pigs at the trough.
August 29, 2007 at 3:31 PM #82463MANmomParticipantI have another one…12654 Picrus in 92129 has been for sale for over 2 years at $840,000!!! Not one price change in two years, the sign came down after 1 year, but it is still on the Realtor.com website. Hello??? You are not getting anything close to $840,000 unless a total idiot steps up.
