    In my opinion, some of the resale homes under distress are real bargains at this time. I would not buy a new home in Stonebridge for this reason.

    Agreed…the value of landscaping (specifically hardscaping) is really lost in many peoples mind. I bought a new home, and if I had it to do over again I would have DEFINITELY waited for a resale with all the landscaping complete. Unless you have an unlimited budget, I really feel like that’s the way to go.

    Looks like the Toll models are going to have their grand opening September 15-18.
    They are offering up to 40K incentives on upgrades if you pre-order before models open.
    40K incentives if you spend 100K or more on upgrades. You get 20K if you spend 50K on upgrades. You still get the 10K they’ve been offering if you don’t upgrade.
