Looki loo says he wants to spend 1350m , Seller says that works lets do the deal. Yikes! 450 grand movement is bid to offer. Can you say WATCH OUT! Also 1.3mm homes just looking to get out at a “7 figure number”, I think that is a 30% bid to offer and that house has no bid yet.
I’m smelling a huge market/price gap developing out here. You have 30% appreciation from last year and your trying to sell a house, maybe you should be happy getting 1/2 of it and walking away.
