Two way commuter trains down the center of the 15 should do the trick.
Buses or trams can do the rest.
Ever been to Australia ,
Cars are just for weekends most places other than the U.S.
For the Temecula Locals,
Extending Clinton Keith to the OC and adding the commuter trains is a no brainer .February 20, 2008 at 2:30 PM #156758Nor-LA-SD-guyParticipantTwo way commuter trains down the center of the 15 should do the trick.

I know there is a group demanding the city come good on their promise to build it.
I believe a lot of people gave up their homes so the freeway could go through there, and the promise was there’d be more public transport.

the dense urban planning scheme depends on… yep, planning. just tossing up some high rise condos doesn’t make for a livable, walkable, public transportationable community.
