    Anyone going thru’ home purchase at Silhouette in 4sRanch? Can you share your buying experience especially wrt the options & pricing.

    As well, any opinions on what year end prices might look like in the 4S? Any chance of Maybeck or Chanteclair going below $600k?

    I hope and think all new builds drop below 200 sq ft in 4s. We arent far off and once this spike is over that we are in (Tail end of this year into spring), I think they will be forced to drop them. Here’s hoping..

    I hope and think all new builds drop below 200 sq ft in 4s. We arent far off and once this spike is over that we are in (Tail end of this year into spring), I think they will be forced to drop them. Here’s hoping..
