The representative said that an investor had bought 12 houses in the development and then tried to rent them. No success. The investor had to walk away and now there are about 30 houses within six or seven blocks of homes (about 30% of the houses) that have brown lawns – some with For Sale signs and some without.

Located on a quiet neighborhood. House is very nice and well maintained. For investor buyers-owners can be a prospective tenants.
So the owners want you to buy the house so they can rent it!
