    it’s such a relief to be able to stop incinerating all this cash by paying rent and finally being able to at least create one or two decent memories for the family before all the kids are over 18 and to at last be able to have some pride of ownership as a result of this large mortgage.

    Is it really over? Are there any clauses that you can invoke to get out of the deal? I am just in awe that you actually did it, never thought you would. For everyone else it has been a math problem, for you, it seemed more like a phobia.
