Sure, it seemed like a long shot, but scaredy decided to succumb to the system. Final tally is about 50% off peak, surprisingly low monthly payment, extremely happy wife, puzzled children (they assumed I was too fearful and/or obstinate to ever do this), awesome view and the unworried sense that I am not at all making a tragic mistake. That last part concerns me, since the things you worry about never happen, so the best course of action is to always worry about everything! I decided though you do have to jump in at some point, and for personal reasons, now was about right.
My wife is opposed to any sort of party becuase she doesn’t want lots of people in her extremely nice house. but I’m working on it.
