    I’ve been actively watching this area lately, and notice things are moving very quickly. Does anyone have any specific insight into what’s going on in the Santaluz market?

    About 6 months ago we considered purchasing a Santaluz home at the trustee sale to flip. We passed on the opportunity because nothing was moving there at all. I have noted that it is picking up a little bit. I am not sure if it is demand picking up or prices coming down there.

    The MR in Santaluz is so high. Does it cover any facilities? how is the price range over there?

    Just curious, what are Santaluz’s selling points?
    Not a slam on the community. Just understanding the uniqueness aspect that would drive demand in that area.
