He dosent work on a fixed price bid, but works as your contractor. My numbers are running quiet a bit less than 180$ a sft.
For a very well built home, 7000 sft, I am shooting for 160$ a sft, including a 5 car garage, pool and landscaping , Worst case, it will be 175 a sft.
If the size of the home is smaller say 5000sft, it will be more like 175.
Call Cole, he has all the numbers from another home he is currently working on, I think, its 5500sft and the hard costs on it are about a MIL so closer to the 180 number.
