I am a buyer receiving mls reports from my realtor… and they are horrible compared to the old version. Also, since the tempo update, there have not been any new listings in the 4 zip codes we are trying to purchase a home in…… coincidence, or a glitch in the system? I agree with the other poster who said “why now?” Even though this market is soft, it is still the busier time of the year!!
As a buyer in this market, between the high number of short sales (not desirable for us to do) and this new updated system, we are really in a bind. Anyone have any ideas where I can find listings that don’t rely on this new system?
