I’ve been getting alot of full color housing flyers in the UT for the last few weeks.
Today I got one for San Miguel Ranch.
Boy, they sure are desperate to get rid of these places–they are offering a whopping $2000 shopping spree if you buy one of their over priced $800k-1 mil plus homes.
I’m sure that for any potential buyers that are on the fence, this is all the incentive they’ll need to push them across the finish line LOL!!!
I got a flyer offering your choice of $2K shopping spree or a 1 year pass for the new 125 Southbay Expressway. That must be an expensive pass. From those homes you can cut through Bonita and catch the 54 for free. It would only take an extra couple minutes. It’s the people who live deep in East Lake that would want a free pass.
