This is not a valid question. It doesn’t matter what the best prices in this neighborhood are right now because they’re still way too high.
It’ll be at least another 2 years before prices in this neighborhood start to settle in. This home sold new in 2002 for $470,000. It’ll get there again and it probably won’t stop there. I think it might drop below $400k.
