San Diego RE market slowing? Inventory increasing?

I don’t mean to highjack this tread, but I’ve heard on NPR news today that there are 60,000 late property tax notice letters sent out (aprox $210 million) in SD County.

Now, I’m looking at the note from CR

My take on this that something will have to change sooner or later (sooner in my mind, yet that’s a common sense prospective……which doesn’t weight much nowadays)

I guess the real question then is, would it have sold out if they didn’t raise the price? I guess we’ll never know. Is the interior the same or did they make more things an options?

As I said, they are all on some of the best lots in the development, so it doesn’t make sense that they would offer them for the same price. The homes themselves are the same.

In my original post, I questioned whether they were asking too much of a premium. I suppose the builders are asking themselves the same thing right now.
