Percent changes in sales of existing homes from April through June compared with the same period in 2005, according to a quarterly survey by the National Association of Realtors.

California is the third worst?! Ouch!
Yeah, and CA, FLA, & Ariz are all sort of clustered together and within about 1 or 2 points of each other.
Hawaii was UP almost 50%. Maybe due to local state opportunities like oil? Other?
