    Good luck getting rid of MR. Took a long time for Prop 13 and they’re still complaining about that and wanting to get rid of it. MR was the back door around Prop 13.

    I best way is to find a home without MR next to the tract with the high MR, that way you get to enjoy all the stuff the people in the next tract are paying for.

    The guys in the next tract over from me pay almost twice as much tax as we do and we have the same schools and parks they do. (just don’t let the neighbors in that other tact know or they get really really mad).

    I best way is to find a home without MR next to the tract with the high MR, that way you get to enjoy all the stuff the people in the next tract are paying for.
