    The service really does not provide any extra value that you could not perform yourself. The link posted earlier in this thread gets you the form. If you need comps there are plenty here that can help you. UR found some for Donaldduck so he woul dprobably help you to.

    I got comps from urbanrealtor and I also used the form with the link he provided. Here is the link: http://arcc.co.san-diego.ca.us/docs/calrev.pdf

    All the information he gave me is very useful.

    Ok, I will just do it myself. I went to school for RE Appraiser, should be a breeze…my Union Job has made me quite lazy is all.

    Here is an update. According to the clerk of the assessment appeals boards from the county of san diego, you need to use BOE-305-AH form to appeal for the changed assessment. Here is the link:

    Here is an update. According to the clerk of the assessment appeals boards from the county of san diego, you need to use BOE-305-AH form to appeal for the changed assessment. Here is the link:
