I would dump it and take the loss as a tax write off. If there is a rally it may go to $5 tops, but more likely is that it may be nationalized and you will get zero. So is $2/share worth that risk?

I dumped at 3.05. It dipped to 2.60 or something. In a press conference ten minutes ago the administration stated that they favor private owned banks. The stock is now at 3.20 and climbing.
