Thanks for the 411 Bearishgurl. I hadn’t think about the heating costs.
I’ll be working in Quantico, and plan to live north of there so I can go against the flow of traffic. I’ve set a 20 mile radius around work to ensure my commute is 30min or less.

Ahh, weberlin, you must be military civil service.
So you’ll probably be living south of DC then. Is that N. VA?? Scratch those places I told you about. I don’t think they’re close enough for you.
Wouldn’t the Portsmouth/Newport News area be closer for you? Gotta go look at a map.
edit: just noticed Quantico was 35-40 mi. south of DC. I am unfamiliar with that area. CALLING ALL VA PIGGS . . . HELP!!
