In 2003 the price for those homes are exactly 500K or 520k as per your wish and we need that price range and I don’t feel fear to dream for that season!!

I dont think thats impossible. Assume another 15% drop and those 3000 sq footers in the 650 area (Maybeck for starters without premium options) come down another 97K – you are looking at just over mid 500s.

I say 15% because its entirely possible and I think come spring, we should see another aggressive price cut to start another sales movement. I think a lot of people around these parts would agree its possible.

I knew that 550 was a magic number for a SFH. Basically, they sold out of over 20 homes in less than 3 weeks.

Maybecks are just over the weekend hit the low 600’s.

Kudos to William Lyon for being aggressive with the prices. Poo-poo to Parde.
