I saw an awesome vanity for $88 at home depot while I was buying rubber feet for a metal altek stool I plucked from a dumpster at ucsb this weekend. My wife accepts the dumpster stool but not the 88$ vanity.

We just replaced a sink in our bathroom. Not because we hated the sink, but because there wasn’t a cabinet underneath. You welcome to it. Maybe your wife wil like it better since is been “dumpstered”.
