XBox,
Politics is, by definition, about leadership.
The Tea Party calls out for new leadership in this country, but apparently none of them are willing to stand up as leaders within their own organization.
Diana Serafin, 59, an organizer for a tea party chapter in the neighboring city of Murrieta, also said her organization was not connected to the rally — but said she plans to attend.
They are “not connected” but they are attending anyway. Plausible deniabilty…or just old-fashioned cowardice?
So, where are tea party leaders, and what is their position on this issue?
And if this “party” has no leaders, then it has no political credibility.

July 28, 2010 at 10:25 AM #583542EugeneParticipant
The organizers appear to be associate with a group that’s affiliated with the team party. That’s guilt by association twice removed based on rumor and for this you’re going to convict the tea party? Remind me to make sure you’re never on my jury!
Well, their web site
http://www.wethepeople-swrc.com/
clearly indicates two things, one, that they consider themselves to be part of the Tea Party Movement, and two, that they are actively opposed to the mosque
