You are what you eat. Most folks find out too late.
To see how bad our diets are, we just need to look at American kids and adults as compared to people of the same races in other countries.
We are older looking, more obese and unhealthier than people, of same races, in other developed countries of Europe and Asia.
But we can change. As Robyn said, it’s all about progress, not perfection.
