Schwarzenegger should be recalled immediately – he’s worse than Davis.
The gov’t thinks everyone should sacrifice except for them.
Shrink the gov’t by 30%, cut pensions, cut these golden parachutes now.
It won’t happen though – we are at the mercy of state employee union bosses.
So far, Ahnold has said, that he won’t sign anything that doesn’t cut the number of state employees. We shall see.

Your kidding right? Arnold is the only one trying to do the right thing. The guy has been trying to do it since he got there. Too bad no one listened to him back in 2003 when something could have been done about this mess. He tried to go it alone and got bitchslapped in that special election by the unions and the idiots who call themselves “voters” but dont know anything about the issues.
He has already laid off the state temp workers. He managed to make every state employee he could take a 9% pay cut. He does his best to work with both sides, you can tell this because neither side likes him. The man is doing everything he can, considering he has to work with that corrupt sespool called the state senate/assembly.Id vote for him again in a heart beat.

February 12, 2009 at 12:41 PM #345211crParticipantWe’re $40 billion in the whole as a state but hey, we’ve got that $4 Billion state of the art stem cell reaserch lab in La Jolla, which btw is essentially useless with the recent advance in iPS cells.
You can’t blame Arnold; blame the voters and politicians who put crap like this on the ballot.
