Well, I guess that’s an interesting solution by the politicians to reduce the pension deficit in the state.
Your thread title implies you think more states will adopt laws like this.
I’m betting they won’t. It is not so much a trend as an indicator of where Indianans are a lil whacky. And they point fingers at the west coast. !

That would probably fall under federal law.
But you could probably shoot the state/local tax collectors under this law.
Why are Indianans whacky? Seems like the law makes good sense — all it does is clarify that law enforcement officers in the process of committing a felony are liable to be treated as felons.
