Thank you for that excellent info! HOAs have absolutely no ground at all to stand on for asking any homeowner to remove any kind of antenna that is permitted by FCC.
Wow, Piggs are one smart community! I guess a J6P attorney would have no clue on this.

A solar panel is an antenna for sunlight; but sunlight (or any light) is not regulated by FCC (too high frequency!). So, FCC rules don’t apply to Solar panels.
