When my rental lease is up, I’m telling my landlord if he doesn’t lower the rent, I’m moving. Since I’m such a good tenant and since it’s a hassle to find someone else and fix the place and have it sit empty for a while and wonder if the next tenants will be as good, he may just lower it.
