Hi Hobie! Thank you for the update. Yes, I was still actively posting until a year or two ago (IIRC), so am familiar with Brian’s newer moniker. Flu outed him awhile ago. It was funny because once flu pointed it out, it was beyond obvious who FlyerinHI was. 🙂

Is a coup being planned? It is being considered, at the very least. Pay attention to the speech restictions and censorship that has been tightening over the past few years, accelerating quickly since the virus lockdowns and riots started. Note who can and cannot be criticized. Pay attention to how people are being threatened for “speech violations.”

Multiple people I know who have lived under dictatorships have all expressed a growing fear of what’s coming. They all think that the virus (and the response) and riots seem synthetic and planned. I grew up with a mother who lived under two dictatorial regimes, and she warned about these very things. The lockdowns were a dry run. IMHO, we are in seriously dangerous territory right now. People better wake up.

I don’t know I kind of believe no matter who wins that unless it is a clear blow out for Biden or Trump (not likely IMO its going to be a lot closer than most think).

IMO It’s going to result in Chaos in the streets.

It could be a long November maybe a long December as well.

really? I’m feeling kind of chipper and optimistic. Usually Im the worst case scenario kind of guy. The more negative things are, the more positive I feel, that things got bad but didn’t disintegrate. i think everything’s actually gonna be ok. sure the stock market will crash, global warming will cause mass civil unrest, wackadoodles with guns will be shooting others on the streets, but basically, things will proceed.

So I’m confused, reading the clip above and the rest of the post I’m quoting (I shortened it for brevity).

On the one hand, you imply that we are heading towards a dictatorship. If that is the case, I would assume you are saying Trump would be the dictator. He’s the one trying to pre-emptively declare the election invalid.

On the other hand, you speak of the Democrats staging a coup.

Is it the Democrats or the Republicans you think have went over the edge?

Personally, I think the pandemic and the protests are related. The pandemic was accidental in the Chinese open markets, but when people had oodles of idle time at home, they had time to protest the practices of the police…if it hadn’t been for the home idle time, many of those police events may have gone unnoticed.
