Yeah the gutters are needed. Its a big annoyance every time it rains. I know thats a DIY job I can do, just need a ladder tall enough.
So I see a cost for stamped stained CC at 5-6 bucks a sq ft.
Anyone have an idea on cost of brick pavers ppsf?

O.K. I just called my tile and masonry contractor and he says labor for brick or half pavers are $5.50 including mortar and grout if a sealer is appropriate to the job I think he would include that.Doesn’t include rehabbing a busted substrate, slip sheet or anything like that. He is honest about what is needed to suit the demands/standards of the owner.
