get the rain gutters first, that’s priority over anything else. if JtR taught me anything it is that.

As for the concrete suggestion, colored concrete with stamping is quite cheap these days, around $5-6/sqft.

O.K. I just called my tile and masonry contractor and he says labor for brick or half pavers are $5.50 including mortar and grout if a sealer is appropriate to the job I think he would include that.Doesn’t include rehabbing a busted substrate, slip sheet or anything like that. He is honest about what is needed to suit the demands/standards of the owner.

O.K. I just called my tile and masonry contractor and he says labor for brick or half pavers are $5.50 including mortar and grout if a sealer is appropriate to the job I think he would include that.Doesn’t include rehabbing a busted substrate, slip sheet or anything like that. He is honest about what is needed to suit the demands/standards of the owner.
