I saw an ad in the newspaper for a municipal bond with the above subjectline ( Poway unified special tax CFD delsur). Its giving a 6.05% tax free return.
Is it a new bond measure? Will this bond get served by means of more property tax/mello roos assessment in delsur area?
Also has anyone purcahsed into it? How risky is this? Please share your opinions/comments.
