Sauerkraut, a Usinger’s Brat, some good German mustard and Swiss cheese on a roll… ausgezeichnet! Throw in a nice Dinkelacker and happy days.

ParticipantI don’t want to lecture you. I’m not your mom. I just think sauerkraut promotes health. But that’s not why I eat a jug of it a week. I eat it because it grosses out my kids when j have a big bowl of sauerkraut straight up and wine. Now I just have the kraut. There’s something so pleasing about eating foods that disgust the youth. I love to eat the foulest cheeses for this reason also.
