Fairbanks Ranch, RSF, La Jolla – they are all custom home neighborhoods. A custom home takes longer to sell on average because you need the right buyer. It’s not like selling in 4S Ranch where most houses are essentially the same.

What does it mean when the low-end houses are selling and the high-end are not? I have an opinion but want to hear yours.
