That’s exactly the location that I’m looking at too. In fact, I just got back from mountain biking in the canyon (it’s a huge preserve) and was taking a look at the houses up on the hill.
There are two in escrow there and both were on the market for several months. I’d expect both buyers were able to negotiate good prices given current market conditions and considering there are 3 or 4 others for sale on that street. We’ll have to see after they close.
