    You can do a search on the Recon Trust website for the TS#. If it shows your address along with a date and time for the courthouse sale…

    I agree that a scammer would not spend the money to send a certified letter. What would they have to gain?

    I looked on recon and there is nothing related to the address or TS#…..pure spam!!!

    I think the spam is the words coming out of your landlord’s mouth.

    Every landlord lies about this shit.

    Recon does not have a complete database.

    Lots of other companies do ts’s and don’t report them to recon or fidelity.

    Don’t be a fool.

    Its public record and its really worth your time to investigate.

    If he is lying (which I suspect) you might just want to stop playing the fool and have a talk about how much he is reducing your rent while he gets foreclosed upon.
