We are locating out of state and have 6-months left on the rental of a fantastic house in the Mar Brisa neighborhood of Carlsbad. Property mgt. may raise the rent, but $2550/mo. is the number I am paying today and if someone is qualified and interested and ready I may be able to just keep the rate the same if I present you to them, not sure.
