Need advice on the pros and cons of interest only loans

having a free and clear house might not be the best case scenario for anyone …sure I agrrrrrrrrrrree. I’ve posted on what a dilema it can be, from personal experience, several times in the last week or so. I think it is on the “Would you have done this” thread and on the one and only thread I have ever started ,”for those of you on the sidelines.

I am cracking bud, I can’t take being a blogger addict anymore and am decoupling , Nothing happened like a fight or anything just getting bored and concerned about spending so much time& mental energy here. I get meaner, believe it or not when I get bored so I am decoupling, more or less gradually before I do something I regret to my new virtual friends. I think I got some good stuff out of here but enough for now. Maybe I’ll stick around in a moderate way , will see. I guess the Realtors will be buying each other drinks now!

Rustico & Cyphire-

I found this site about a year and a half ago, and keep having to take breaks from it as well. Too much of a time sink, and VERY addiciting. It is like having a group of very intelligent indivduals in your living room chatting while you have other things you need to do. They just keep talking about interesting subjects, and you cannot HELP but join in!

I have found it very stimulating here (mentally! – mind your manners please), and the pithy banter is spreading into my regular face to face life as well. In short, i am becoming a big pain in the ass, no one understands what i am talking about half the time, and I am sharing my opinions a bit too readily. But… whatever!

Enjoy the break Rustico, but do come back.
