    Hi Piggs,

    On Zillow, a house down the street for me is showing up as “sold” on 7/29.

    According to zillow it sold for $588k, which is double what it is worth. What is going on? The original owners have not moved, nothing has changed.

    Some kind of financing scam? Is the bank selling the property to itself prior to default?

    Any ideas?

    Can you ask them? I mean, could you ask if they are planning on moving or just sold their house? (Obviously asking if they are running a bank scam prob wont work and will hurt your relations with your neighbors.)
